Rob Bowman - President and COO
Rob Bowman is the president and CEO of Terra Properties. In addition to the oversight of day-to-day operations of the company, he is involved with development, sales, leasing, and commercial property management. Rob began his real estate career in 1989 as a commercial leasing agent and has held several other positions in the company, including asset manager, commercial property manager, and developer, giving him knowledge of all aspects of commercial property management and leasing.
An extremely active member of the community, Rob has held leadership roles with local, regional, and state organizations including Chairman of the Highland, Illinois Regional Development Commission, Chairman of Highland’s Business/Education Alliance, and International Senator for the Junior Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Rob served eight years in local government – as both City Councilman and Mayor of Highland – which afforded him the opportunity to develop strong relationships with many key business leaders in the region. In 2009, the Highland Chamber of Commerce selected Rob as their Business Person of the Year. Rob currently sits on the First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust Advisory Board, as well as the Board of Directors of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of metropolitan St. Louis. Rob is a licensed, Illinois real estate broker. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his MBA from SIUE.

Maura Donnelly - Chief Financial Officer
Maura Donnelly serves as Chief Financial Officer for Terra Properties. In addition to managing the accounting and administrative staff, she develops the company's annual budgets, prepares monthly financial statements, monitors all cash accounts and oversees accounts payables and receivables. She also maintains the computerized accounting system and tracks the company's fixed assets. Prior to joining Terra Properties in this capacity, Maura was employed by Bertles Development Group in Edwardsville as the Accounting and Office Manager and held a two-year stint at Terra as the Rental Operations Manager. Maura holds a BS in Accounting from SIUE.

Barb Schlaefer - Vice President of Property Management
Barbara Schlaefer serves as Vice President of Property Management for Terra Properties. With 22 years of service on the Terra team, she directly supervises as well as coordinates the Rental and Maintenance staff. She is also closely involved with tenant relations and with her vast experience in the industry is a vital component in the evolution of each property. Beginning her career with Terra in 1986, Barb has proven proficient in all areas of property management and is an infallible source of input on the day-to-day operations of the company.

Beth Poe - Commercial Property Manager
Beth Poe serves as the Commercial Property Manager for Terra Properties. She began in real estate in 1989 as a landlord purchasing rental properties throughout Madison County. During the subsequent years, she gained experience in both residential and commercial property management, appraisal, mortgage lending, and marketing.
Beth is a licensed Illinois broker and manages the commercial portfolio and tenant relations and will also assist clients in a variety of commercial real estate brokerage needs. She received her BLS degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
