Terra manages a variety of apartments throughout Southern Illinois, both conventional and federally subsidized. Apartment subsidies are received through Rural Development and Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Terra also has more than fifteen years of experience managing properties in the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Terra’s experience is widely recognized by State and Federal Agencies, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and the IRS.
