RESIDENTIAL MANAGEMENT

Terra manages more than 1,000 apartments, both conventional and federally subsidized, for a variety of property owners throughout Southern Illinois. These owners depend upon Terra to handle all management responsibilities, including leasing apartments, collecting rents, paying bills, coordinating maintenance and addressing resident concerns.
