Terra manages more than 1,000 apartment units, 500 Self-Storage units and 250,000 square feet of commercial property in the region.

Terra has developed a wide variety of properties throughout metro-east St. Louis area. These properties include apartments, warehouses, commercial offices, distribution facilities, residential condominiums, self-storage facilities, retail space and restaurants. Terra manages a variety of apartments throughout Southern Illinois, both conventional and federally subsidized. Apartment subsidies are received through Rural Development and Housing & Urban Development (HUD). Terra is also a Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) agency for the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. This certification is widely recognized by State and Federal Agencies, including the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and the IRS.
