From routine tasks such as leaky faucets and broken light fixtures to major construction projects like roofing, siding and tenant finish work, our skilled craftsmen can meet all of your property maintenance requirements. Terra's maintenance staff provides around-the-clock emergency service to all clients. Non-emergency maintenance is usually accomplished within 24 hours. In many cases, our service technicians handle maintenance requests the same day. Our staff is fully equipped and highly mobile. During any day, a dozen crews work at sites scattered across the region. Terra's central dispatcher can reach any of our maintenance crews via our statewide paging service. This reduces our response times on maintenance calls. Terra technicians are skilled and trained in the fields of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry. Larger projects, such as the installation of floor coverings and vinyl siding, are handled swiftly by Terra's maintenance staff. Terra also has crews that are adept at installing both single-ply and shingle roofing. Two specially equipped vans, which are dedicated to HVAC maintenance, can respond quickly when a tenant experiences a significant heating or air conditioning problem.
