Terra Properties is a professional management company, with a portfolio of more than 1,000 apartment units - both conventional and federally subsidized - owned by a variety of property owners in Southern Illinois. Low Income Housing Expertise

A large percentage of our properties utilize Low Income Housing Tax Credits. We employ a Certified Credit Compliance Professional with considerable experience managing this type of property - allowing our clients to remain secure that their investments are complying with all regulations.
